Customs Authorisation
I hereby authorize Tortola Express to clear and deliver all packages on my behalf. I will accept and refund any charges in so doing.

Restricted Commodities
Hazardous materials, cash, perishables, negotiable securities, animal skins, firearms, aerosol cans, perfumes etc.

Weight and Package Information
* Dimensional weight or actual weight (whichever is greater) may be charged

* Dimensional weight calculations (measurements must be in inches) [Length x Width x Height) / 250]

* Maximum weight allowed is 150 lbs per piece (unlimited pieces). If piece exceeds 150lbs please contact us for additional cargo options.

* C.O.D. shipments will be refused

* Ezone is not liable for damage or loss of items while handled by overseas Postal and Courier authorities

* One person will be responsible for all charges Duties

* A commercial invoice (or any invoice), regardless of the value must accompany all shipments. A delay may occur, pending receipt of proper documentation.

* All products will be subject to customs clerances. Even items that have a 0% duty, like whole computers, need to be cleared and must be accompanied by the appropriate invoice.
