A T-12 form is the customs form required to create a clearance entry.  Any freight entering the Territory must be accompanied with this form.  We provide customs clearance for a fee, or you can use the instructions below to do the clearance yourself.

1. Fill out the form.

2. Attach all commercial invoices for the freight.

3. Attach any shipping documents (Air Waybill of Bill of Lading).

4. Make 3 mmore copies (total of 4 packs).

5. Bring to Customs and have them verify documents.

6. Pay duties.

7. Pick up freight from appropriate warehouse.
